Pacific Grove's ballpark since 1974

Since 1974, Pacific Grove PONY has given local kids ages 4–14 a place to learn the game, from tee ball and Sof-T-Ball for our youngest players to 14U Pony baseball and Majors softball. Every skill level is welcome, and every player gets a spot on a team.

We're part of PONY Baseball and Softball, and we play our home games on fields here in Pacific Grove. After the spring season, our All-Star teams represent the town in tournaments around the Monterey Peninsula and beyond.

The league is run entirely by volunteers. Board members, coaches, team parents, scorekeepers and concessions crews are all parents and neighbors giving their time. Our mission is to instill in the youth of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for themselves and others. Winning games is secondary to improved skill and to the development of stronger and happier youth.
