1)
Games
will be 6 innings or a 2 hour time limit
2)
Pitchers
may only pitch one inning per game
3)
No
Curve balls or breaking balls.
4)
Five
run rule per inning.
5)
No
10 run rule (play the full 6 innings if time permits, as score will not be
officially kept).
6)
Players
must play in 3 innings and have at least one at bat (unless time expires).
7)
Free
substitution and continuous batting will be used.
8)
No Metal spikes (player may not play if caught wearing metals).
9)
Mandatory
slid rule will be in effect.
10)
Home
team will be responsible for field prep and safe playing conditions.
11)
Modified
steal rule will be in effect (you can lead off but may only steal on a clear
passed ball). Umpires will make passed ball ruling and send runners back if
necessary.
12)
No
dropped third strike in effect, allowing development of more catchers.
13)
All
other rules, we will follow Pony Baseball white pages, Sporting News, or the
Fall Baseball Directors discretion.
14)
Remember, Fall is an instructional league!!! Have fun and play ball!
