PG Pony Photo Policy
The PG Pony Baseball and Softball board members, as well as parents and guardians, recognize the need to protect and respect the privacy of our children. To balance that need with the enjoyment of documenting our young ballplayers' development, we have adopted the following policy with respect to inclusion of pictures on our web site.
Our web site will contain only those pictures that were submitted specifically to the web master for publication on the site. The pictures must have been submitted by someone whom would be reasonably responsible for the children in the picture, e.g. parent/guardian of the child or a parent representative for the team. Individual photos taken by third parties (such as our picture day company) will not be included unless specifically submitted by the players' family and where no copyright issues are involved (e.g. photo company's name/logo must not included on the photograph). The PG Pony board does get permission from our picture day photographer to scan and web host all team photos. The submitter must own the copyright to the picture or have permission from the photographer. The names of any children in the pictures will not be listed on the web site, except possibly in the case of group or whole team shots, in which case the children's names will be listed alphabetically, not in the order shown in the photograph. Exceptions may be made for all-star participation and/or web articles submitted by parent/guardian mentioning special honors received by their child. Pictures of individual players will be removed (as soon as practical) per simple request of parent/guardian to web master of this site
