For each Manager to acknowledge: I understand that I am responsible for the maintenance and returning of the above equipment at the end of the season to either the League Representative or the Equipment Manager. Failure to return or account for the above equipment may result in being charged for the cost of replacement and possible exclusion from managing a team in future years.
