Neighboring City Fields

Pacific Grove Pony, girls softball, fall baseball, and All-Star play will frequently travel to neighboring city ball fields. The following are some info/links about location of these fields. Exact driving directions may be obtained from using a site such as MapQuest or Yahoo Maps with field address as your destination.

Carmel Fields by the Mission (view map) Rio Road, Carmel, CA
Carmel Middle School (view map) 4378 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel, CA
	Traveling from Pacific Grove, take Highway 1 south, left on Carmel Valley Road, go approximately 0.7 miles, turn right into the Carmel Middle School parking lot. Fields are located behind the school.
Dampierre Little League Park (view map) Paso Hondo, Carmel Valley, CA
	Traveling from Pacific Grove, take Highway 1 south, left on Carmel Valley Road, go all the way into Carmel Valley Village, take right on Paso Hondo (just past Murphy's Lumber), keep to the left and ball fields approximately 1/2 mile on left hand side.

	Located at the corner of Encina and Palo Verde Avenue (behind the skating rink). Parking is on the street.

Naval Postgraduate School (view map) 1844 Lake del Monte Drive, Monterey, CA Gate Access Required
	Take Del Monte Tunnel into Monterey. Turn right on Sloat Avenue. Enter the Naval Postgraduate School at 9th Street, which turns into Morse Drive. Follow Morse to the field, which will be on the right.

	Take Route 1 North to 12th Street exit, 1st Ave, 11th Ave, 2nd Ave, Imjin Pky/Rd, Abrams Drive, right onto Preston Drive

	Traveling on Hwy 68 toward Salinas take the Reservation Rd/River Rd exit. At the stop sign turn right on River Rd. Travel down the road to your SECOND stop light (which is Las Palmas Pkwy, the first light is Las Palmas Road which you do not want to take) and take a right. The field will be on your right hand side located at Buena Vista Middle School.
	Traveling from Hwy 1 thru Marina: Travel on Reservation Rd which turns into River Rd at Hwy 68 crossover. Travel down the road to your second stop light (which is Las Palmas Pkwy) and take a right. The field will be on your right hand side located at Buena Vista Middle School.

	North on Hwy 1 to Fremont Exit. Cross Fremont to Monterey Road (next to Seaside High School). Left on Monterey Road into Fort Ord (a right will take you into the High School). Right on Coe Ave and you will see the field lights and complex

	North on Hwy 1 to Fremont Exit. Right on Fremont Ave. Left on Ord Grove. Left on Noche Buena. Right on Military (field is on your right)
Japanese PR (North County) (view map) 11261 Crane Street, Castroville, CA
	Take Hwy 1 North to Castroville exit (just before you hit 156. At the light turn left on Merritt and about 1/2 mile turn right on Crane.
