OYSAN Revises Dual Card Rules

Update from Board of Directors Meeting on June 18, 2013 

Following a number of requests from member organizations, the OYSAN Board of Directors added two significant modifications to the implementation of Single Carding in Ohio North:

Effective immediately, all players in OYSAN will have until July 31, 2013 to be grandfathered as "dual carded" players until they age out of youth soccer. 

Beginning August 1, 2013, all new U8 and above players and players that were not dual-registered prior to August 1 at the competitive and premier levels will only be allowed to register to a single Club or Community of choice.

Once grandfathered, players will be allowed to transfer to another Club or Community of their choice until they age out of youth soccer.
