1. Arrive at least 30 minute prior to game time. If first game of the day, put out the bases and open the scoreboard. The key for the scoreboard is located on a large copper ring hanging in the concessions stand (near the coffee machines).

2. Provide official scorekeeper and use the official scorebook. This is located in second drawer under the concessions cash drawer. Introduce the official scorekeeper to the home plate umpire.

3. Provide one person to work the concession stand.

1. If there is a game to follow after yours is completed, please rake and drag the infield, as well as possibly re-chalk the batter’s boxes and on-deck circles. Touch up the foul lines if necessary. If needed run the infield sprinklers.

2. After the game each team is to clean out their dugout.

3. After the last game of the day, each manager is to help take up the bases and the Mustang pitching rubber and put them in the storage shed. Please leave the Bronco pitching rubber in place. Lock the scoreboard and close up the announcer’s booth. Please pick up any loose trash in the dugout and bleacher areas.

Each manager should have a key to the equipment storage shed located behind the concessions stand. Please try to keep the shed storage somewhat organized.
